About the Role

: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our BDC Staff and New Car and Used Car sales team at CASA BUICK GMC in El Paso, TX. Join our team and be a part of a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention
• Assist in the sales process for new and used cars
• Utilize CRM system to track and manage customer interactions

Requirements

:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
