• Assist prospective renters in finding their ideal apartment
• Conduct showings, answer inquiries, and guide clients through the leasing process
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and management companies
• Use provided leads to build a strong pipeline of rental transactions What We 're Looking For
• Valid Illinois Residential Leasing Agent License or Broker License (must be active before applying)
• At least 2 years of real estate experience (leasing, brokerage)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, presentable vehicle with insurance
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
• A working cell phone and laptop
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based, which is standard in the industry. While commission can seem intimidating, our strong lead flow, training, and support make it easier to hit the ground running. Full-time leasing agents typically earn between $60,000 - $100,000+ per year, with no earning cap. Ready to Join Our Team?
