Job Summary

: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and showcasing apartments while maintaining a successful renewal program. This role requires a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and building strong relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct property presentations in-person and over the phone.
• Follow up with prospective residents to encourage applications.
• Verify rental applications, approve occupancy, and ensure all documentation is accurately entered into the system.
• Inspect vacant units and conduct property inspections prior to move-in.
• Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Develop and post advertisements online to attract potential residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma; a two-to-four-year college degree is preferred.
• Valid Kentucky driver's license and a dependable vehicle required for travel to various sites.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven decision-making skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Requirements

:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a keyboard and writing manually.
• Occasional ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Dress Code: Business or business casual attire is required. Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. (Fall/Winter) or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Spring/Summer).
• Requires working Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM as needed.
