Overview

: As a Wireless Sales Associate , you'll be the face of the brand within our partnered retail locations. This role is focused on acquiring new customers , explaining product features , and closing sales in a fast-paced, in-person environment. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, introduce them to the latest wireless products, and help them find solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Engage retail customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Promote wireless products, plans, and exclusive in-store offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions
• Drive sales by explaining benefits, features, and ongoing promotions
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to compliance standards
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions

• Weekly Pay : $650 to $950+ based on individual sales performance

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in retail sales , wireless sales , or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations
