Job Summary

: Responsible for coordinating customer product needs and obtaining orders for Surface Wellhead equipment/systems. Roles and

Responsibilities

:

• Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
• Promptly enter sales orders in Fishbowl.
• Perform same day source planning of wellhead systems and/or additional customer requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of open sales orders
• Establish strategic relationships with new and existing customers. Provide reports on sales activity, sales forecasts and other quantifiable sales objective measurements to management.
• Seek and identify substitutions for quoted equipment that is not on hand/inventory. Utilize excess or slow moving inventory within standard operating procedures.
• Effectively manage and utilize customer property within customer requirements.
• Communicate changes and/or cancellations to customer requirements and delivery issues to supply chain and Supervisor.
• Maintain rig board to allow visibility of current customer requirements by active rig, equipment type, state of preparedness and expected ship date.
• Proactively pursue compensation for expediting charges incurred through sales prior to manufacturing or shipping
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings.
• Ensure and secure adequate and proper back-up parts and equipment on service jobs and communicate accurate information to the Service Department
• Provide input and assistance to other functional areas in order to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.
• Keep abreast of new products, specifications and industry trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

: Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Working knowledge of Wellhead equipment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Intermediate language skills, intermediate mathematical skills and intermediate reasoning and critical thinking ability Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
