Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus Skills - Customer support experience is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing - Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and information retrieval - Cash handling experience is beneficial - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Sales experience is advantageous -Hiring for multiple locations.
