We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and increase average transaction value.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper use of the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or follow-ups.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Skills
• Proven sales experience with a strong ability to sell products effectively.
• Proficiency in retail math to manage transactions and inventory accurately.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory tracking.
