Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary

: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for automobiles.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and help them select the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and dealership performance standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales manager, finance team, and service department to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional training or education in sales or business is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,852.00 - $76,425.00 per year Schedule:
