Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing tenant relationships, and enhancing the overall resident experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Utilize property management software for tracking leases, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with facilities management to ensure all aspects of the property are functioning efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software highly desirable.
• Strong administrative skills with a background in real estate administration or office management.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
• Ability to perform basic sales functions to promote leasing opportunities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact professionally with tenants and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
