Join Our Team as our Wellness Sales & Partnerships Coordinator! Help bring more calm, clarity, and connection into the world--one client at a time. At Vibrant Yoga, we're on a mission to make wellness accessible, personalized, and powerfully effective. As our Wellness Sales & Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be the connector between our services and the people who need them most. From first outreach to final handshake, you'll lead the charge in generating leads, building referral relationships, and closing deals with heart. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business opportunities, research potential clients, and initiate outreach via email, calls, or events.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and client conversations with consistency and clarity.
• Relationship Building: Create authentic connections with clients and partners that lead to long-term collaborations.
• Close the Deal: Confidently negotiate contracts, tailor service packages, and help prospects say yes with ease.
• Partnership Development: Engage local wellness-forward businesses and organizations to co-create referral and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Client Success: Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for renewal or expansion. You 'd Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (bonus points for wellness, service-based, or B2B).
• Are energized by meeting new people, sharing big ideas, and turning conversations into conversions.
• Are a self-starter who can manage your own schedule and loves checking things off the to-do list.
• Understand how to move a client through a sales funnel with care, clarity, and confidence.
• Are comfortable using tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, and email marketing platforms.
• Are passionate about wellness and the ripple effect it can create in people's lives.

Compensation

& Perks:

• $15/hr base + 10% commission (including renewals for up to 6 months)
