SALES REPRESENTATIVE - COMMERCIAL SECURITY SYSTEMS LEADER IN BISMARCK, ND NewVision SecurityNewVision Security is excited to announce a Sales Representative role in the Bismarck, ND market! As a rapidly growing leader in the electronic security and fire industry, NewVision serves residential, commercial, financial, industrial, energy, institutional, and agricultural markets with top-tier access control, fire, intrusion, and video surveillance systems. Based in Bismarck, ND, we're seeking a driven individual to spearhead business development and represent our brand in this vibrant market.In this dynamic role, you'll manage the entire sales process--from prospecting and customer relations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Large Commercial Sales (Bid/Spec and End User)

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up (referrals, phone calls, website inquiries).
• Develop and pursue sales prospects through the entire sales process.
• Meet with customers to understand project needs and requirements.
• Provide accurate, timely quotes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Create electronic records with all relevant documentation for technical installs. Inside Sales
• Compile bills of materials and project quotes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to design building layouts with product locations.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, or sales engineers to ensure accurate quotes. Business Development
• Prospect and pursue local/regional companies in vertical markets (Financial, Healthcare, Governmental, Educational, Religious Institutions).
• Drive new sales opportunities through proactive lead follow-up. Role

Requirements

• Driven, self-managing, goal-oriented, and hardworking.
• Proven customer service experience with a service-minded, client-focused approach.
• Excellent follow-through on customer needs.
• Strong phone presence with experience making dozens of calls daily.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bonus Points
