Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient in sales administration and customer service
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and benefits administration
