Job Title: Portfolio Property Manager - Residential Property Management Are you an A-player looking for more than just a job? We're looking for a dedicated, motivated, and high-integrity Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental homes across the Killeen-Temple area. This isn't just a role--it's a calling for someone who's passionate about making an impact and growing their career. Must have an active Texas Real Estate License to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout the Killeen-Temple area
• Build relationships with property owners and market our management services to grow your portfolio
• Conduct prospecting and outreach to property investors to generate new client opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and owners, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
• Oversee resident move-outs and manage the security deposit return process
• Coordinate the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for new tenants
• Execute marketing strategies to attract new property owner clients and expand the business What We 're Looking For:
• A strong moral and ethical foundation -- unwavering integrity is a must
• At least 3 years of experience in residential property management
• Current and active Texas Real Estate License
• Professional appearance and communication style
• A tireless work ethic and drive to succeed
• Fun, approachable personality and team-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to hustle, build relationships, and close the deal
• High self-confidence balanced with humility
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
