UCX is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - Will Call - 1st shift in our Raleigh, NC location. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Retail Counter Sales

Responsibilities

:

• Process orders for counter customers in showroom
• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, inventory, etc.
• Refine showroom appearance and maintain stock levels
• Resolve order-related issues and expedite orders when necessary
• Adhere to team processes and corporate initiatives Customer Service:
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide positive customer service
• Process orders for counter customers
• Check inventory and conduct cycle counts
• Help improve and organize product displays in showroom and warehouse Warehouse

Responsibilities

:

• Use Forklift to unload inbound freight and load customer orders
• Organize and review inventory as needed for the branch
• Keep an organized, clean and safe work environment
