We are seeking a high-performing Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead global growth for our cutting-edge mixing technologies. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a tech-savvy leader with proven success in industrial marketing, especially in equipment or processing applications. What You 'll Do:

• Develop and execute global marketing and branding strategies
• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new markets and applications
• Create compelling marketing content and client-facing collateral
• Collaborate across teams to align marketing with sales and product goals
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance analytics
• Represent at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences

What You Bring

:

• 10-20 years of industrial marketing/business development experience
• Strong background in industrial or processing equipment; mixing tech experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead, innovate, and grow new business opportunities
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, and product launches
