Sales Associate - Rumble Boxing Gold Coast Location: Gold Coast, Chicago, IL

Compensation

: $17/hour + Uncapped Commission Schedule: 30-40 hours per week (must be available evenings and weekends) Are you passionate about fitness, motivated by sales, and excited to grow with a powerful brand? What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads and prospective members
• Schedule and confirm intro classes, follow up on interest, and convert leads into paying members
• Deliver energetic and informative in-studio tours to educate and inspire potential members
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Promote memberships, class packages, and retail offerings with confidence and clarity Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Greet every guest with professionalism, positivity, and energy
• Provide support with bookings, product sales, and general studio inquiries
• Build strong relationships with members to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction
• Deliver a white-glove experience from first contact through every touchpoint Studio Operations & Brand Representation
• Support front desk duties and maintain a clean, well-stocked studio environment
• Participate in grassroots marketing, events, and community outreach to build studio visibility
• Represent the Rumble brand with enthusiasm both in and out of the studio
• Attend team trainings and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven culture

What You Bring

• Prior sales experience (fitness, membership-based, or retail preferred)
• Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections with resilience
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly goal-oriented personality
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
