Full description of the position

Property Manager will be in charge of the day to day operations. Property Manager will also be in charge of all leasing, certification, recertification, rent collection, oversight of maintenance and safety related issues for a property under his or her management supervision. Property Manager will assist in documentation collection and retention during the leasing and management process of each development. Property Manager will also be responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy for each development. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
