The candidates must have transportation experience and base knowledge of the logistics industry in 3PL, Truck Load, LTL, Domestic and International business. Join The Team: Effective communication skills -- clear and concise email, telephone and face- to-face interaction Provide exponential customer service in a very competitive market Negotiate rates on a spot or transactional basis with clients Manage your book of business and increase yearly sales by 5% Responsible to achieve quarterly sales goals and produce new sales leads Solicit new business through cold calls, prospects and client referrals Strategic sales approach in a very aggressive and competitive industry Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Sales work experience Logistics sales experience is preferred but not required
