Full description of the position

We are seeking a Community Manager for The Vieux at Welden in Kernersville, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in multi-family housing. This position is Full Time and offers competitive pay. Summary of Position:

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
• Completing all lease paperwork
• Completing and processing applications
• Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
• Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
• Upkeep the office and clubhouse
• Rent collections
• Processing invoices
• Other duties as assigned Education

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent Job
