Responsibilities

Include: -Maintenance and repairs coordination -Building and maintaining strong relationships -Leasing: Marketing, Showing units, Application processing, etc -Communicating with homeowners and tenants -Occasional Saturday office hours Skills as follows: - Prefer property management experience - Prefer knowledge of landlord tenant law and fair housing practices - Minimum 1 year experience wokring in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Google Docs - Ability to learn new software quickly - Self-motivated - Organized/ability to communicate clearly - Excellent customer service For consideration for this position, you must submit a resume AND a cover letter that explains why you think you are a good candidate for the open position.
