Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and highlight key features
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding available units
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with property standards and regulations
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and conduct unit inspections
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance staff for prompt resolution
• Keep accurate and detailed records of phone, online, and walk-in traffic utilizing our Property Management CRM, AppFolio.
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured
• Partner with the Marketing team with website accuracy and visual impact
• Complete market surveys

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain professionalism
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and leasing contracts
• Familiarity with facilities management and property maintenance practices
• Bilingual, English and Spanish required
