Responsibilities

:

• AT&T Sales Associates engage with prospective customers and execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them into new service packages with our clients
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive sales by promoting and selling a range of telecom products and services, ensuring customers receive the best value.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed on the latest offerings and industry trends.
• Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• A passion for understanding customer needs and providing solutions that make a difference.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative and results-driven team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
