The Brenkus Team, one of Las Vegas' top-producing real estate teams powered by Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace, is hiring a Cold Caller to join our dynamic inside sales team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers and sellers--your job is to engage, qualify, and schedule appointments for our real estate professionals. Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold real estate leads
• Introduce potential clients to The Brenkus Team's services and build initial rapport
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our agents
• Use our CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and lead status
• Meet and exceed daily call and conversion goals
• Stay informed about local market trends and team updates

Qualifications

:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• A strong phone presence and willingness to make high-volume outbound calls
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset
• Highly organized and consistent with follow-up and task management
• Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems preferred
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus
