Acts Fleet Maintenance has been in the fleet maintenance industry for over 35 years, and we are continuing to expand. Because of our fast-growing company we are looking for a Business Development/Salesperson to keep up with our demands. Summary As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Reporting to the owner, your core responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients through outbound calling and in-person meetings. You will utilize your strong communication and customer service skills. Your premium expertise in B2B sales and negotiation will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Job

Duties

• Identify new prospects
• Contact new prospects and conduct sales meetings
• Update sales packet
• Perform fleet surveys for new customers
• Attend weekly meetings
• Perform quarterly client reviews
• Submit Accurate Sales Reports for weekly, monthly, and yearly totals
• Use cold calls to identify new clients
• Recover accounts with zero sales
• Upholds any contractual agreement that we may have with the client, either on a local or national level
• Assists the Branch Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year Sales Experience.
• Mechanic Industry Knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Associates required; Bachelor preferred.
