As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the go-to expert for clients seeking commercial roofing services. From prospecting and relationship- building to preparing bids and closing deals, you'll be involved in every stage of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or roofing knowledge and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, and developers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments in coordination with the estimating team.
• Prepare proposals and present solutions that align with client needs and budget.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on pipeline and sales activity.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure successful job execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and local market conditions. What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial roofing, construction, or related industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable working on job sites and in office settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
