We are seeking a full-time Property Manager for Federal Senior Housing in Cumberland County.

Responsibilities

include managing the day-to-day operations of the properties. This includes financial management, tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting and supervisory responsibility. This individual reports to the Housing Management Director. Knowledge and experience in HUD Section 8/202 and USDA Rural Development or other subsidized housing programs is preferred. Experience in property management and fair housing, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills is desired. This position will involve direct contact with individual tenants from the time of application to "move-in", and throughout the term if each individual tenant's lease. An integral part of this position is finding solutions to tenant problems before they become larger problems. Minimum high school graduate is required, but an Associate's Degree is preferred. Computer and administrative skills are required. Experience in Real Page rental management software and supervisory experience is preferred.
