Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives - Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective market penetration - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics - Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring effective customer engagement and satisfaction - Provide leadership and guidance on technical sales processes and negotiations

Qualifications
