POSITION: Rumble is searching for part-time front desk sales/administrative representatives seeking to work in an exhilarating environment. Our 45-minute class is a "boxing inspired" full-body workout. We are an exciting and edgy, celebrity endorsed program that started in L.A and NYC Check out our Social! @rumbleboxingflowermound [please apply online] Shifts are mainly part-time - we are looking for: Early mornings - 4:30AM to 7:30AM - Mondays, Wednesday & Friday Afternoons - Monday and Friday 4PM to 7PM (7:30PM on Mondays) Some Weekends - Saturday and/or Sunday 8:00AM to 12:PM The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The selected candidate also greets clientele at the front desk and assists with administrative tasks as needed - it is all about the experience! Fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part- time position with various shifts -

Duties

:

• Welcome clients at the front counter - providing a stellar customer experience
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's goals and needs
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
