We seek a Membership Sales - Spa Front Desk interested in growing with us. Responsibilities

:

• SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
• Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs
• Demonstrate ability to achieve both individual and team sales goals
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business

Qualifications

:

• MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE with a TRACK RECORD!
• MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software or ability to learn advanced software quickly
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Experience with FAST PACED work environments
• Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
• MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
