Cowgill Asset Management is seeking a strong, energetic Leasing Specialist to join our team. Cowgill Asset Management is a locally owned company with a strong history in Lexington. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, demonstrate strong leasing, sales, and marketing skills, possess remarkable telephone and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Consistently greet all residents and future residents in a professional and positive manner
• Conduct leasing tours to prospective residents
• Follow up with prospective residents to ensure closing
• Thorough knowledge of lease terms and paperwork, screening processes and policies regarding rentals
• Prepare and complete lease forms and agreements, and collect deposits and fees as required
• Accomplish and maintain a high leasing closing ratio
• Walk vacant units at move out and before new move in
• Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and issues
• Comfortable answering the phone, responding to emails, using property software & Microsoft office suite
• Available to work Saturdays between 4/1-10/1, with 1 day off during the week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
