Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in solar sales and energy sales
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce
• Experience in outside sales and marketing strategies
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Leadership experience in a sales environment is advantageous

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and reach out to homeowners and business owners affected by recent storms.
• Conduct consultations to assess customer needs and explain roofing and solar energy solutions.
• Present tailored proposals and assist clients in navigating insurance claims if applicable.
• Close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and the needs of storm-affected areas.
