Leasing Agent Point Guard Management is a property management company based in Wichita, KS - We have office locations that span across Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas, and now South Dakota! We specialize in providing comprehensive residential and commercial property management services. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and cost-effectiveness in leasing, construction oversight, maintenance, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

: - Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of the available units in person and through technology platforms. - Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, providing accurate information about rental properties. - Process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks, verifying employment and rental history, and preparing lease agreements. - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. - Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements. Qualifications

: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with prospective and current tenants. - Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple rental applications and lease agreements simultaneously.- Knowledge of leasing practices and property management principles. - Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month -Must have valid Driver's License and transportation-Must provide references from previous employers Pay: $40,000.00 per year + Lease Commission Bonus Schedule:

• Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm (30 minute lunch)
• Rotating Saturday's 10am - 4pm Work Location: In office, Sioux Falls, SD Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 per year
