Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth in insurance sales.
• Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their requirements.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote services and expand client base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
