Overview

: We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to identify, engage, and onboard new trailer dealers in targeted markets. This role will focus on expanding our dealer network, building strong relationships, and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will work well on a team, taking on any requested task with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting shared goals. They must demonstrate strong self-motivation, align with our core values, and be dedicated to long-term employment within our company.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue potential trailer dealers within assigned territory.
• Travel to meet with prospective and existing dealers.
• Present product line, pricing, and dealership benefits.
• Build long-term relationships to drive dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure dealer needs are met.

Qualifications

:

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the trailer, automotive, powersports, or equipment industries.
• Experience in dealer development or territory expansion is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of aluminum trailers or related equipment is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
