Overview

: We are seeking motivated individuals for our entry- level sales role, with a clear path to senior management within 6-12 months. This full-time position requires in-person work, including two days in our Wayne, PA office and daily travel to meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Advise and manage client accounts
• Assist in new customer enrollment processes
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Foster strong customer relations
• Take on leadership roles, including coaching and training new team members
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their marketing efforts
• Travel to client locations each workday

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service and relationship building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A desire to grow into a leadership position
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
