Property Manager Part-Time | Flexible Schedule The Property Manager helps care for and maintain our self-storage facilities across Kitsap County. This is a hands-on role that involves light maintenance to ensure the sites are safe, clean and beautiful for a great customer experience. You'll work independently, but with the support of a dedicated and friendly team behind you. What You 'll Do:

• Keep storage sites clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Clean vacated units and prepare them for new customers
• Perform lock checks, routine site inspections using a tablet
• Submit maintenance requests and supervise vendors when needed
• Handle minor repairs (changing light bulbs, door fixes, landscaping touch-ups)
• Respond to occasional after-hours site needs (directed by your supervisor)
• Always maintain a professional and friendly presence What We 're Looking For:
• preferred
• Strong self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Highly proficient with tech devices (tablets, mobile phone, mobile apps)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance to drive company van
• Clean driving record
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
