Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Process customer rentals and ensure timely order fulfillment - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in basic math calculations - Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Knowledge of the market and products being sold is beneficial This position requires someone who is customer-oriented, organized, and has good communication skills. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their rentals, maintaining the sales counter, processing rentals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
