Healthcare Realty, a publicly-traded (NYSE:HR) real estate investment trust, is recruiting for a Leasing Coordinator at our regional office in Bellevue, Washington. This position will be responsible for supporting multiple regional Directors of Leasing, overseeing a national portfolio of medical outpatient buildings. We are seeking professional, detail-oriented and organized applicants with excellent computer, communication and time management skills. Flexibility and positive attitude a must - college degree strongly preferred. We offer a competitive salary and a full range of benefits. Pay range starts at $28.85/hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Review real estate documents for completion and accuracy
• Prepare documentation for execution and internal/external distribution
• Coordinate lease preparation/revisions with outside legal counsel
• Develop and maintain organizational processes
• Meticulously enter and track transactions through internal and external channels, including Excel and VTS
• Enter and track invoices in AVID
• Run reports from MRI
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Miscellaneous administrative duties, as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.85 per hour
