Property Manager - Full Time We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties in Baltimore. The ideal candidate is a local professional with a strong background in property maintenance, administrative work, and compliance with real estate regulations. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll be responsible for tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
• Handle tenant relations, leasing, and rent collection
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation

Qualifications

:

• Experience in property management or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations
• Proficiency in admin tasks; OneSite experience a plus
• Must be local to Baltimore, MD Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
