Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our fast-growing app development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Manage and motivate a team aninternal and external team to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Meet with prospective customers and sell technical app development solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• AWS experience or certification a significant plus
