The OOPS! Co., a fast paced, high volume Boutique located on Coleman Blvd, in Mt Pleasant is now hiring an experienced Sales Associate. This position is 12-25 hours or 2-4 shifts per week. The ideal candidate has previous retail clothing and or gift experience, a positive attitude, and the desire to deliver excellent customer service everyday. We are currently looking for a candidate that wants a year round part time position.

Duties

include:

• Sales and customer service
• Creating an exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining store standards
• Merchandising and visual displays
• Shipment processing
• Processing sales and handling register transactions Job requirements:
• A positive attitude and the desire to exceed goals
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended amounts of time
• Available to work a flexible schedule including morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results
• General knowledge of apparel products for women, men, and kids

Compensation

is a competitive hourly wage plus commission based on store sales and store discount. Schedules are very flexible and easily work around school/ other commitments. A typical part time schedule is two weekday shifts and one weekend shift per week. The OOPS! Co. is open Monday through Saturday 9:30-6, and Sunday 12-6. Job Type: Part-time
