Keystone Management is looking to hire an experienced Property Manager in Greenville, NC - where we own and manager 10 properties with over 2,000 units so lots of room for professional growth. Lead Manager will join a great team and will specifically work independently and directly with tenants, show vacant apartments, collect rent and renew leases. Candidate must also have strong organization skills as they would hand out late rent letters, file eviction paperwork, go to court, order supplies and communicate directly with the corporate office. Candidate will also work with vendors and contractors when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and exhibit a professional attitude at all times. Must be able to work independently in an ever- changing environment. Dependability, accountability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are necessary skills for success in this position! Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Software preferred. This is a full- time position with a community office operating weekly Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm. Reliable transportation is required. We also offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits as follows: Pay begins at $22-24/hour and is commensurate on experience. 100% employer-paid medical!
