Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Hourly plus commission.

Responsibilities

: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately using POS systems - Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Communicate effectively with team members and customers - Drive sales by recommending products that meet customer requirements - Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-lasting relationships Experience: - Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management - Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail -Spanish speaking is a plus Join our team as a Retail Sales Representative and embark on a rewarding career in the retail industry!
