Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce our products/services.
• Qualify leads and gather information to connect customers with appropriate solutions.
• Effectively handle objections and maintain customer interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and responses.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and targets.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and connect with customers quickly.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to meet sales objectives.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required.
