We're looking for a high-energy, service-driven Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and driving results through outbound calls, accurate estimating, and excellent communication. What You 'll Do

• Build lasting customer relationships through outbound calling and follow-ups
• Proactively prospect new clients and re-engage dormant accounts
• Prepare accurate project estimates, quotes, and product recommendations Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find what they really want--even if they're not sure how to ask for it
• Maintain organized sales records and CRM notes to track pipeline and performance

What You Bring

• High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or estimating experience (preferred)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling multiple conversations at once
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A problem-solver mindset--curious, helpful, and resourceful
