Our company is currently looking for an outgoing professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for listing, advertising, showing & leasing properties, processing applications, preparing leases, negotiations, correspondence between Tenants & Landlords, and procuring new clients through marketing & advertising for the company. You will be able to scout out investment property owners, turn them into clients, and help our team maintain the highest occupancy rates in the area while maximizing ROI for them.
