Leasing Consultant Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, join our team as the Leasing Consultant at our upscale, luxury apartment community in River Ridge, LA: Citrus Creek West apartments, and help prospective residents find their perfect home! What You 'll Do:

• Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws What We 're Looking For:
• Previous experience in leasing and/or property management required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
• Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, or willingness to learn
