Duties

: - Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team - Utilize market knowledge to identify and target potential customers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system - Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating product information and benefits - Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth handoff

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish - Ability to negotiate and persuade customers to schedule appointments - Familiarity with technical sales concepts and terminology is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note that this position does not involve any direct selling, but rather focuses on generating qualified appointments for the sales team.
