We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership sales Conselor and an Assistant Membership sales Director to join our team.

What You'll Do

: Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships Collaborate with Membership Director to implement effective external marketing strategies Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions

Pay Range

: Tier 2 AMD $18.00 hourly, plus net commissions, which realistically range from $1,200- to $2,000 per month. Tier 1 AMD Current minimum wage for your club location, plus net commissions, which realistically range from $1,200 to $1,600 per month.
