Full description of the position

As a Leasing Agent with PMI NWI you will play a pivotal role in the leasing process, from ensuring properties are rent-ready to conducting move-in evaluations. Your responsibilities include property walk-throughs, marketing coordination, lead follow-ups, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the leasing department. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

• Property Preparation - Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
• Lead Management - Following up on leads for potential renters & reviewing weekly reports for showing feedback. Adjusting strategies as needed.
• Financial Transactions - Handling the collection of 1st month rent payments and security deposits.
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
• Marketing & Listing Coordination - Working with marketing department to list property for rent. Install self-show boxes and signs on listings.
• Move-in Coordination - Coordinate with application team for scheduling move-ins & conducting move in evaluations.
